  3. This is a great little gadget that allows you to tune your guitar in one
  4. of three popular tunings: Standard, Drop-D, and Half Step Down. Simply
  5. click the string you want to tune and match your guitar string to the

  22. This is a legal agreement between you and Red Door Interactive covering 
  23. your use of the Tuner.  Be sure to read the following agreement before 
  24. using the software.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS 
  25. AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES OF IT.

  27. This copyrighted software is distributed as freeware.  You may use this software 
  28. without any charge and may distribute to others provided that all files are 
  29. included and unmodified.  The software is owned by Red Door Interactive 
  30. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty 
  31. provisions.  Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted 
  32. material (e.g. a book or musical recording).

  34. Commercial distribution of the software is restricted without permission of 
  35. Red Door Interactive.  We are more than happy to allow you to distribute our 
  36. software, but you must first have a license to do so.  Contact Red Door

  49. circumstances shall Red Door Interactive be liable for any incidental, special 
  50. or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the 
  51. software or related documentation, even if Red Door Interactive has been 
  52. advised of the possibility of such damages.

  54. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.  If for 
  55. any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this 
  56. Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the 
  57. Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to 
  58. effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall 
  59. continue in full force and effect.

  62. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
